Edgar Acosta has been consulting with DeWitt since 1995. He started the PET resin service
and then added fibers to compliment the aromatics services. Edgar now writes, researches
and directs the North American TX services and PET services worldwide, covering the entire
chain. Edgar has authored over 25 studies, over 2000 newsletters and has done strategy and
expert witness work. Edgar is married and resides in Houston with his wife Stephanie and
daughter Matilde.

Vice President, BTX Economics Projects
With more than 30 years experience in the petrochemical and refining industries, Steve Weber joins DeWitt from Solomon Associates, where he served as Project Manager, Refining and Chemical Business. Prior to joining Solomon, Mr. Weber served in a variety of petrochemical and refining commercial and manufacturing roles for Total Petrochemicals USA, Inc. and its predecessors Atofina and Fina.
Mr. Weber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University or Texas at Austin. At DeWitt, Mr. Weber will lead single client and multi-client studies for Aromatics clients.

Jang Bok “Brian” Lee has 16 years experience in the global petrochemical industry. He joins DeWitt from Samsung C&T Corporation, where he served as General Manager for Global BTX Trading, Commercial Manager, Europe, for BTX, styrene and PTA, and global product manager of styrene monomer. A graduate in Chemical Engineering from Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Lee will lead DeWitt’s aromatics consulting activities for Asia.

With 29 years experience in refining and petrochemicals, Anne N. Huber joined DeWitt as BTX Senior Consultant. Prior to joining DeWitt, Anne spent a total of 27 years with Chevron Corporation and affiliated companies. During her 17 years with Chevron, Anne worked at the Pascagoula, MS Refinery and in Eastern Region Supply/Marketing in engineering, planning, and trading physical crude and futures/options. With Chevron Phillips Chemical, Anne managed benzene feedstock purchases and later moved into styrene product management. At Americas Styrenics, Anne was Feedstocks and Styrene Supply Chain Manager. Anne is a graduate of Stanford University, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Andy Nicholson has 25 years experience in the petrochemical industry. After studying languages
at the universities of Cambridge and Freiburg, Andy joined ICI’s Petrochemicals Division and
over 13 years worked in a variety of sales, marketing and trading positions in the UK and Germany.
In 1992, Andy joined Rhone-Poulenc in France, where he still lives, taking global responsibility
for the purchasing of petrochemical feedstocks.
In 2000 Andy left Rhone-Poulenc, by then Rhodia, to join ChemConnect, where he led the
development of online auctions and exchanges in Europe.
At the beginning of 2004, Andy began working for DeWitt & Co in the role of Vice-President,
European Aromatics and Derivatives.

Tom Stevenson joined DeWitt in 2003, where he is responsible for work on the Benzene/Derivatives
and Toluene/Xylenes Annuals and for individual client studies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
After obtaining his PhD in Chemistry from Imperial College, London, he spent 22 years with Shell
Chemicals Companies where he had a range of responsibilities, spanning activities in Sales/ Business
Management, Technical and Global Operations, and Business/ Cost Consulting.
Since 2000 he has been an independent consultant in strategic and marketing issues, and has
undertaken several chemical business development projects in the countries of the former Soviet Union.

Leonard joined DeWitt after graduating from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA. He spent one
year in Houston, then moved to Philippines to manage DeWitt's polyester business in the
Asia Pacific Region.
Mr. De Guzman's main goal is to enhance DeWitt's market presence for Polyester in Asia Pacific
region.

Melissa P. Cousin, Aromatics Market Analyst, joined DeWitt & Company from the Information
Technology industry where she provided market analyses for software additions. She also
provided Safety and Mission Assurance quantitative analyses for various Johnson Space
Center projects.
With a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston, Melissa provides
analysis and market studies for the Aromatics services with an eye toward new service
startup. She is currently seeking an MBA at the University of Houston.
